Other Important Sponsorship Notes:

Not all sponsorship levels are inclusive of a provided table and chairs.
No selling or financial transactions are allowed from vendor booths, sponsor tables, nor breakout sessions. Sponsors may use this opportunity to educate prospects and gather contact information.
Giveaways are allowable, but not if a fee for entry is required.
No fire or open flames are allowed.
Electricity may not be available; please inquire with sponsorship submission for possible arrangements.
